1975	Shimomura Special Seiko Co., Ltd. President Mr Sadayoshi Shimomura established for export of various tool steels to Southeast Asia
1980	Establishment of Korean Seoul Office and started to export the special steel, free cutting steel, stainless steel to Taiwan
1985	Started the import of various tools
1988	Started import of machine tools from Taiwan
1993	Started import and sales of plastic mold and mold base
1994	Taiwan Office established
1995	Established Hong Kong office and started the partnership with Young Deung Po Special Steel (now YDP Steel)
1999	China Beijing Office established
2002	Started the Japan exclusive agent of Korea Gundrill Co.,Ltd Korea.
